Message From the SC Rural Infrastructure Authority on SRF Loans
The State Revolving Loan Funds have been a resource for low interest loans for local governments and special purpose districts for a wide variety of water and waste water improvements. The SC Rural Infrastructure Authority’s Office of Local Government administers the funds on behalf of the SC Water Quality Revolving Fund Authority. RIA understands that a number of local governments are facing challenges as a result of COVID-19. If any existing SRF borrower is having financial difficulties due to revenue losses from customer nonpayment, contact Trish Comp, SRF program director, at 803.737.3808 to discuss possible solutions for your particular financial needs.
